- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
- Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain a positive, helpful relationship with all customers
- Manage online listings and maintain an up-to-date digital inventory
- Provide exceptional service from first contact to final sale
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in computer software and online platforms
