Our service department has been recognized with 3 years of consecutive Service Green CSE, and above average zone performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and communication throughout the repair process.
- Advise customers on the care of their cars, emphasizing the value of maintaining their vehicles according to manufacturers' specifications.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct the dealership's quality control efforts, ensuring that repairs are completed correctly and vehicles are returned to customers in optimal condition.
- Work closely with our team of technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain detailed service records and provide clear updates to customers on vehicle status.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and automotive parts.
- 2 years of prior service or advising experience in the automotive field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
