What You'll Do
- As a Call Center Specialist, you will: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to schedule sales appointments.
- Build instant rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate our offerings.
- Utilize inside sales and internet marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
✔ 1-3 years of experience in inbound/outbound customer service or sales calls.
✔ Outstanding phone communication skills - confidence, clarity, and persuasion are key!
✔ A proven track record in inside sales, internet marketing, or appointment scheduling.
✔ Strong ability to handle objections and overcome challenges with resilience.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔ Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
✔ A valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience.
✔ Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
