Nucar Nissan of Keene is in search of high quality Customer Service/ Sales Team Members to join our amazing team and growing dealership. We are looking for you to help people buy, not sell them. Applicants that have transferable skills from other industries are encouraged to apply; retail stores, restaurants, hospitality, etc.
REQUIREMENTS of the Customer Service/ Sales Rep:
- Long, stable work history in previous employment
- 2 years of prior customer service is a MUST. Sales experience not required
- Valid Driver's License
- Take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service
- Love the feeling of exceeding goals/ targets
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Sales/Customer Service Rep:
- Help customers buy, not sell them
- "Master" our product (vehicles), build value in it, and the auto dealership
- Listen and connect with customers, identify their needs and wants to help guide them into the correct purchase decision
- Be "the face" of our business and build a strong dealership reputation
- Work individually and as a part of a team- commit to individual and team sales goals
BENEFITS of the Sales/ Customer Service Rep:
- The average work week is 45 hours. Of course, the more you put in the more you get out, but it's not required.
