We are looking to add 2 full time Valets to our Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro Service department.
Duties:
- Greets all customers entering the service dept. with a positive, friendly attitude, answers customer questions and directs customers to available service advisors in an orderly fashion.
- Controls customer traffic and parking in service area
- Stages vehicles requiring oil changes to designated lane, retrieves oil filter from parts dept. and places it inside customer vehicle.
- Coordinates with team leaders where to drop off vehicles that are assigned to each team.
- Assists inspection sticker technicians with retrieving registrations on new vehicles from sales dept. and with returning completed or serviced vehicles to waiting customers. Retrieves completed vehicles when requested.
- Keeps service drive area clean, safe and orderly, and moves cars as directed.
- Responsible for parking in designated parking areas only.
Requirements/Skills
- Must possess a valid Driver's license.
- Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Teamwork - ability to work with others to effectively enhance results or processes.
- Interpersonal Skills - the ability to interact well with employees and customers at all levels, socially poised
- Communication - ability to identify and deliver critical information to the appropriate parties
