What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter Sales position at Nucar?
Nucar Hyundai of Norwood, on the Automile, is looking to add Parts Counter sales personnel to our team!
Job Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to lift heavy items (50Lbs)
- Assist customers with correctly identifying and ordering parts
- Maintain inventory, including weekly bin counts and cycle counts
- Assist with checking in and stocking nightly customer and stock orders
- Great communication skills relaying information to service department and customers regarding backorders and unexpected delays with part orders
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Parts department experience a plus, but not required
- CDK experience is a plus, but not required.
