Nucar is growing again, and we are currently looking for a Wholesale Client Care Rep to join our fast paced sales team. Our ideal candidate will have call center experience rather than buyer experience.
Responsibilities:
- To purchase vehicles through Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer.
- They will also source vehicles for the stores through private party sales.
- They will communicate with people selling their vehicle on third party websites such as Autotrader, Facebook Marketplace, and Craig's List.
- They will schedule appointments for vehicle owners to come into the showroom and sell their vehicle
Education and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Computer proficiency
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
