NuCara Home Medical, one of Iowa's leading providers of respiratory and home medical equipment, is seeking a Clinical Customer Service Representative for our Creston, Iowa location. Seeking regular part-time up to full-time hours.
Successful candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, computer skills, and organizational skills. Previous experience with home medical or respiratory equipment is a plus. This position does require an active state of Iowa Sleep Technologist, Respiratory Therapist, or Nursing license.
This position is responsible for set up and ongoing care for our CPAP / Bi-PAP, and home oxygen patients. Other responsibilities include answering phones, verifying insurance, ordering products, performing equipment set ups in store and client's home, communication with healthcare professionals. Valid driver's license, drug test and criminal background check required. Some on-call responsibility may be required.
