NuCara LTC in Waterloo, IA is searching for a full-time Delivery Driver Manager. NuCara will offer competitive pay and full-time benefits to the right candidate. NuCara LTC delivers medications to various homes within a 90-mile radius.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday Daily with some evening coverage when needed
Flexible 30-40 hours/week
Lead the Team of drivers by being:
- Responsible for management of 10-15 company delivery drivers
- Scheduling drivers monthly/daily for routes
- Recruiting/hiring future delivery drivers with assistance from our HR Team
- Mentoring & Training Drivers to ensure success
- Head up vehicle maintenance
- Responsible for problem resolution of drivers/routes
- Driving delivery routes
- Available for on-call/emergency delivery scheduling
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
- High School Diploma
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work Independently as well as in a team environment
