Duties

- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care plans for residents, including those requiring memory and dementia care.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards related to long-term care operations.
- Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion among staff members while promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and satisfaction to enhance service quality.
