Position Type: All shifts full and part time available

About Us: We are a small, home-like Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) located in the heart of Madison, WI. This community is now under new management. Our focus is on creating a supportive environment where residents can thrive physically and mentally.

Job Description: We are seeking compassionate caregivers to join our dedicated team. As a caregiver, you will provide direct care and support to our residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensuring their overall well-being. Your role will include:

• Assisting residents with medication management
• Helping with bathing, dressing, personal grooming, and toileting
• Supporting residents in transferring from bed to chair
• Assisting with eating and drinking fluids
• Encouraging residents to engage in physical and mental activities

Qualifications:

• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required

Pay is based upon experience and certifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
