Overview: As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and resident care services within our assisted living community. You will work closely with residents, families, and staff to ensure a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role requires strong leadership skills, compassion for seniors, and a commitment to excellence in assisted living care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the assisted living community, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
- Supervise and support caregiving staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Provide on-call support
- Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and families, ensuring individualized care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents’ physical, emotional, and cognitive status, and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Coordinate and oversee activities and programs designed to promote socialization, wellness, and engagement among residents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care, medication administration, and incident reporting.
- Respond promptly to resident and family concerns, providing compassionate and effective resolutions.
- Ensure proper communication and collaboration with healthcare professionals, families, and external partners.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to promote the assisted living community and attract new residents.
- Assist in budget management and adherence to financial goals, monitoring expenses and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within assisted living, senior living, healthcare, or a related field.
- Must be able to be an Administrator per Wisconsin regulations
- Knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements for assisted living facilities.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
- Knowlege of DHS 83
- Experience leading and managing a team

Pay is based on experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
