Position Overview: As a Caregiver, you will be an essential part of our care team, providing hands-on assistance to residents with their daily needs. You will help ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care while promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to the management team.
- Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents.
- Help residents with meal preparation, serving, and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all healthcare regulations and facility guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the rest of the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a caregiver
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
Pay is based upon experience and certifications
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
