Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working lead installer with a minimum Class B CDL to join our team. This role will require the applicant to drive a commercial motor vehicle to and from jobs and to serve as a lead installer for parking bumper jobs. The ideal candidate will be organized with the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality work. Project management skills and customer service are necessary traits for this role. As a lead installer, you will be responsible for the setup and installation of parking bumpers, ensuring they meet our company’s standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Review and plan scheduled jobs.
- Load, deliver, and install materials for those jobs.
- Perform installation of parking bumpers, including reviewing scope of work, discussing job details with on-site client representatives, and conducting thorough inspections of installed products to ensure highest-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any installation issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns related to installations.
- Document installation processes and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and Class B commercial motor vehicle license with an airbrake endorsement.
- Must have experience with and knowledge of how to operate a commercial motor vehicle with a manual transmission.
- Proven experience in installation or construction related industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $21.50 - $26.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
