Key Responsibilities:
- Expedite Orders: Efficiently manage the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that all dishes are delivered promptly and in proper sequence.
- Deliver Food: Accurately deliver food and drinks to guests' tables, ensuring that each order corresponds to the correct table and guest.
- Manage Food Tickets: Read and interpret food tickets to ensure accurate order delivery and communicate any special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Prep Plates: Assist in preparing and garnishing plates as needed, ensuring all food is presented beautifully and meets our restaurant standards.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the food running area clean and organized, including clearing tables of used dishes and assisting with overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide Excellent Service: Exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing guest needs and inquiries with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus.
