What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nuclear Med Tech position at Nuclear Medicine?
Position Summary
Performs Nuclear Medicine procedures in compliance with the Holyoke Medical Center's mission statement, policies, and standards of care and the philosophy, policies, procedures, and goals of the Nuclear Medicine department. The scope of patient services provided encompasses age groups ranging from infants to geriatrics. Accountabilities include providing appropriate services, positive customer, interdepartmental, and intradepartmental communications, while maintaining and improving competencies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited program in nuclear medicine or an allied health field
- Licenses/Registrations: Current certification by Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board, or American Association of Radiologic Technologists; current license within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist; Current CPR required at BLS level

Schedule: Per Diem, day shift
