We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Short-Form Content Editor Intern to lead the production of short-form video content for the Nucleate Podcast. You will play a key role in transforming long-form podcast episodes into engaging, viral-ready clips that drive growth and engagement across platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Twitter/X.

- Review & Edit Podcast Clips – Select key moments from podcast episodes to produce high-impact short-form videos.
- Enhance Video Content – Add branding, captions, b-roll footage, sound effects, and animations to optimize engagement.
- Utilize AI Editing Tools – Use Opus Clip and other AI tools to efficiently create and repurpose content.
- Ensure Consistent Branding – Maintain a professional and recognizable visual style across all video edits.
- Upload & Manage Content – Organize and upload completed clips to Google Drive for team access and distribution.
- Communicate with the Team – Keep the team updated via Slack once short-form clips are ready for publishing.
- Video Editing Experience – Prior experience in video editing for social media, podcasts, or digital content (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Editing Tools – Comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Familiarity with AI Editing Tools – Experience using Opus Clip or willingness to learn.
- Understanding of Social Trends – Ability to incorporate pop culture references, trending sounds, and viral editing styles.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to maintain high production quality and ensure engaging final edits.
- Strong Communication Skills – Ability to collaborate with producers, hosts, and the marketing team.
- Basic Audio Editing Knowledge – Understanding of audio processing and sound design is a plus.
