PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The pay rate for this position is $28.00-34.00 per hour. Please note that compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide on-site support for the Rochester team, to include but not limited to:
- Ordering, stocking and maintaining sufficient supply of office supplies including cleaning and first aid supplies
- Manage the inventory of any offsite material storage, as needed
- Ordering, stocking and maintaining sufficient supply of breakroom standard snacks including coffee, sodas, waters and consumables
- Provide onsite contact for the building property management for office needs, external schedule / event notification, updates to access, etc.
- Provide on-site support for internal and external visitors including engaging / greeting visitors and ordering group lunches, as necessary
- Manage and communicate the scheduling of conference rooms and customer visits
- Receive mail, packages, phone calls and direct content to the appropriate party
- Provide travel support (flight, rental car, conference registration, etc.), as needed
- Manage, track and process expenses with appropriate approval process, as needed
- Provide general administrative duties for departmental teams as needed such as file management, special projects, meeting minutes and interdepartmental communication
- Collaborate with Executive Assistant and Human Resources team for onsite support of company initiatives, programs, logo merchandise ordering / maintenance / distribution, etc.
- Support the Rochester team with in-office programs, community involvement, team engagement and onsite coordination.
- Support Human Resources team with new hire onboarding, badge / access, first day desk set-up, office tour and team introductions, supply coordination, IT support, first week schedule, etc.
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality of visits, events and view of documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned; perform other duties as role grows and adjusts based on operational needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication or Organizational Development preferred.
- 3 years office management or administration experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Advanced computer skills, including an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
