This role will be responsible for prospecting and onboarding local businesses to our Fyndr application.

Position Overview:
As a Business Development Associate at NucleusTeq, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in business development who are looking to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to inform business development strategies.
2. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking, to generate qualified leads and expand the client base.
3. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services.
4. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
5. Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate record-keeping of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for achieving revenue targets.
7. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a network of potential clients and partners.
8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales progress, and key performance metrics for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate and close leads.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the E Commerce market is a plus.
