Summary

NuCompass Mobility Services, Inc. is a global relocation management services firm with a commitment to providing outstanding service through creative solutions and innovative technology.

The primary objective of the Vice President of Sales & Marketing is to ensure sales and marketing alignment with company strategy, focus team resources on key priorities, and manage marketing projects and sales activities. As an integral member of the company, the VP will work on a wide variety of projects and serve on planning or policy-making committees. Preference will go toward candidates who can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that will enhance relationships with prospects, suppliers, and internal teams. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Create and implement sales and marketing plans that propel the company forward, including setting realistic targets, allocating resources effectively, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Set strategic sales objectives based on market insights and ensure tactical execution to achieve revenue goals.
  • Oversee and provide quality control for RFP responses and represent the company as the senior member of our sales presentation team.
  • Negotiate deal points and contract provisions with new clients.
  • Supervise the planning and development of company marketing materials, advertising campaigns, website, communications, tradeshows, and promotional programs.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify sales opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
  • Directly interact with multiple department leaders to accomplish project objectives.
  • Represent the company at various industry and business meetings.
  • Manage sales and marketing staff.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8-10 years relocation industry experience required.
  • Ability to manage teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage multiple projects.
  • Customer relationship software experience (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, etc.).
  • Technology proficient with MS Office and ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Ability to problem solve and develop solutions for new challenges.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate data and use it to make decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills
