Basic Job Functions:
The Division Support Coordinator is responsible for procuring and managing various services essential for the efficient daily operations of the business, with a focus on cost control. Additionally, this position organizes employee functions/activities, such as picnics, Christmas parties, employee dinners, etc. The role also assists with tasks including travel arrangements, scheduling, and other assigned responsibilities. HR functions may include job postings, outreach, and assisting with new hire orientations. This position will provide backup support for payroll and receptionist duties as needed. Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Not related to any teammates at Nucor Building Systems Indiana.
Preferences:
- 2-year business or related degree is preferred
- Experience in accounting, HR, office management or purchasing role
- Experience using SAP Success Factors, Docuware, or D365.
