Basic Job Functions :
Nucor Corporation is seeking qualified applicants for the position of a BI Developer II to join their Nucor Business Technology team. This position is responsible for designing and developing modern data visualizations to support business decision making across Nucor.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to translate business needs and data into actionable insights that drive informed decision making
- Design, develop, and deploy data visualizations and analytics solutions using Power BI
- Ensure developed reports are available and perform optimally by tuning queries, refining data models, and maintaining documentation
- Provide timely and effective technical support to ensure a consistent and reliable BI experience
- Participate in agile team planning activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Understand existing, new, and emerging BI technologies to enable new and evolving business needs
This is a Charlotte-based, full-time position with the Nucor Business Technology Team.
Willingness to travel periodically and domestically is required to satisfy project or training demands.
