Basic Job Functions:
The Contract Administrator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Nucor Towers & Structures: Is part of Nucor’s Expand Beyond initiative. NTS builds transmission towers that is critical for Americas future infrastructure.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Basic Job Functions:
The Contract Administrator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for life cycle management of all contracts, including initial drafting, coordinating, compiling and responding to comments and ensuring proper execution, storage and retention.
- Serve as the business unit subject matter expert on all contractual matters, including the utilization of the Malbek CLM software.
- Ensuring NTS is utilizing all current forms and consistent across all locations.
- Training appropriate Teammates across NTS on the importance of contract compliance.
- Understanding Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to verify insurance of third parties aligns with contract terms.
- Supporting the commercial and operations teams to track the status of all contracts.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Experience in a technical field (legal, accounting, engineering)
- Experience with process documentation and process improvement
- Commitment to safety; actively involved in safety initiatives
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience with a contract lifecycle management software
- Knowledge of revenue recognition implications within commercial contract
