Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Steel Texas is seeking qualified applicants for the position of District Sales Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, providing industry leading service by growing relationships with key customers, finding new strategic sales opportunities, submitting accurate forecasts and orders from customers while proactively solving problems. This position will help the sales team achieve revenue, shipment, and profitability goals. This position will require extensive travel and face-to-face interaction with all customers.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Internal and external candidates will be considered concurrently.
Annual Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000, Plus Bonus (Target $55,000).

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness and means to engage in overnight travel on a weekly basis.
- Must be willing to relocate to the San Antonio/Austin, Texas areas.
- 3-5 years Business to Business sales experience.
- Experience with data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI.
- Experience with customer relationship management tools.
