Job Summary
The Safety Coordinator plays a crucial role as an active member of the division safety team. They are responsible for taking the initiative to implement actions and foster a strong safety culture within the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks such as OSHA-required training and reporting, maintaining training record systems, and conducting required safety inspections.
- Oversee and manage the division's incident management systems.
- Provide orientation training for new teammates and independent contractors.
- Cover the responsibilities of the EHS department as needed.
- Lead/execute on new initiatives to strengthen Safety and Culture.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to a fast-paced work environment.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Additional Expectations
- This is not a remote role and is expected to work on-site.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed and to be on-call for emergency situations.
- Must be willing to travel 20% of time.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a salaried position with compensation ranging from $81,900 to $94,900 annually and is eligible for a yearly ROA bonus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Formal education in safety or related field of study
- Experience with formal Safety and/or Environmental programs
Salary : $81,900 - $94,900
