Responsibilities: The Quality Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate's degree with at least 3 years of quality control/Non-Destructive Testing experience, OR at least 5 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing/fabrication facility. You should also have 5 years of experience with AISC or ISO quality systems.

Responsibilities: The Quality Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing all aspects of quality, including fit and function, along with documentation compliance.
- Serving as the facility's Leadership Representative on their respective shift.
- Assisting team members with interpreting shop drawings, QMS requirements, and customer specifications, including obtaining clarification from other functions to ensure that quality requirements are understood and met.
