Basic Job Functions :
Immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Reviews and enters freight publications
Enters and maintains freight rates
Processes freight bills and resolves any freight discrepancies
Handles freight disputes with the carriers
Assists regional centers with transaction analysis and problem resolution
Enter and maintain freight locations
Initiate new vendor requests for freight vendors as needed
Available to work occasional overtime
Works on special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in a business discipline or 4 years related work experience
Willingness to learn new software tools
Strong organizational skills
Ability to efficiently manage workloads and recognize priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to provide high quality of service to internal and external customers
Ability to demonstrate initiative on projects and assignments
Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Oracle
