Description Of Duties
Develop, implement, support, release and test procedures for Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboard deployments summarizing business, financial or economic data for review by executives within Nucor Buildings Group (NGB). Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to user. Work with business users and stakeholders at the NBG divisions to determine priorities. Build certified datasets in Microsoft PowerBI through data modeling, query manipulation, SQL statements to create advanced analytical reports using SQL Data modeling, Transact-SQL, Power Query M and DAX functions. Design automated data flows to retrieve and transform email attachments, and store in data lake using Azure Logic Apps. Perform big data transformation with Azure Databricks using Python, Java, JSON, PySpark and Scala for warehouse ingestion and processing. Develop code and utilize source-code control and documentation in DevOps and Visual Studio Code. Create Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) automation pipelines in Azure Synapse Analytics for scheduled business processes. Utilize ERP systems including SAP, Oracle or Microsoft, to lead project implementations and user acceptance training sessions with individuals or groups. Develop and conduct User Acceptance Trainings (UAT) of BI reports for end users across all Nucor Buildings Group divisions utilizing data management tools including Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Power BI - Power Query, Microsoft Access/Visio/Project Professional to create and modify reports and dashboards. Analyze and perform predictive analytics on Construction and Metal Buildings market data to build pricing strategy models. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action. Schedule, implement, and communicate improvements, change requests, and support items. Coordinate efforts of technical changes required to create and modify reports and dashboards. Lead efforts to develop, implement, and support BI reports within NBS to promote data consistency and transparency. Lead user training of BI reports and dashboard releases.

Minimum Job Requirements
Masters degree in Information Systems Management (Business Intelligence and Data Analytics) and one (1) year of experience utilizing business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Micro Strategy, Tableau, Microsoft Excel and SSRS for analytical reporting purposes. Experience must include: Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft to automate business processes and lead project implementations and user acceptance training; Experience in data modeling, query manipulation, writing SQL statements and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Data modeling, Transact-SQL, Power Query M and DAX; Utilizing data management tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Power BI-Power Query, Microsoft Access/Visio/Project Professional; and Writing robust code utilizing Python, Java, JSON, PySpark, Scala, and R, as well as source-code control and documentation in DevOps and Visual Studio Code.
