Basic Job Functions
The Division CFO will participate as a member of the Division's Leadership Team and execute on Nucor's mission to Grow the Core, Expand Beyond, and Live our Culture.
This person will actively lead, mentor, and develop a highly-functioning, cohesive team, promoting cross-departmental teamwork, alignment, and collaboration.
The Division CFO will work closely with the Vulcraft/Verco management teams to ensure alignment and execution with the VVG business strategy.
Responsibilities include managing all division accounting and financial reporting, human resources, and credit-related activities.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Two years of experience in a financial, accounting or related role
- Two years of experience in a senior leadership position
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA or MBA
- Financial experience in the steel fabrication or steel manufacturing industry
