Basic Job Functions :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key national accounts.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and pursue new account acquisitions.
- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Work closely with sales, design, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within NWS to align internal priorities with customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze account performance against established KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on account activity, sales pipelines, and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent NWS at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs.
- Provide input into product development and sales strategies based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Be a subject matter expert with D365
- Create, review, and modify quotes; BOM, pricing and lead times.
- Other duties as assigned.
