Position Overview:
As a Nudestix Events Team Artist, you will play an integral role in our corporate events throughout the Phoenix, AZ area and surrounding regions. This position is focused on supporting sales during company-focused events such as store activations, product launches, and other brand experiences. You will provide brand education, assist with makeup selling, and collaborate with our events team to achieve sales goals, create memorable experiences, and elevate the brand's presence.

Responsibilities:
- Brand Education & Sales: Provide expert product knowledge and create a positive, fun, and educational environment for customers.
- Event Execution: Assist in planning and executing company events with a focus on sales and customer engagement.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work with the team to meet and exceed sales goals during events.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless event coordination, from preparation to post-event follow-up.
- Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and product recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Beauty Retail Experience: Previous experience in beauty retail or cosmetics is a plus (Sephora and Ulta experience preferred).
- Sales-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals (SPH).
- Event Experience: Passion for events and an interest in learning the ins and outs of event planning and execution.
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with excellent planning and execution skills.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work on weekends.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
