Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage and drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, clear accountability, and timely delivery against objectives.
- Ownership & Follow-Through: Receive delegated tasks and consistently deliver results independently, providing peace of mind that projects are completed thoroughly and reliably.
- Strategic Execution: Partner with the COO to translate high-level strategic goals into clear, actionable steps and measurable outcomes.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a central point of communication between the COO and internal teams, ensuring clarity and cohesion across departments.
- Process Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies, propose practical solutions, and lead efforts to improve overall organizational effectiveness.
- Structured and Organized: Enjoy bringing order to complex situations, creating clarity and predictability from ambiguity.
- Detail-Oriented Follow-Through: Naturally inclined toward methodically completing tasks and tracking progress meticulously to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Articulate clearly both verbally and in writing, ensuring ideas, updates, and information flow seamlessly across teams.
- Experience: 7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally including roles as a Chief of Staff, Special Projects Manager, or similar senior-executive support function.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related analytical discipline required; MBA strongly preferred.
- Prior experience or familiarity with revenue operations, enterprise software, SaaS, or related fields.
- Proficiency with modern project management methodologies and software tools.
