Role Summary:

Are you passionate about cannabis and ready to be part of a dynamic team? Join us as a Driver, where you will be responsible for the secure and compliant transport of cannabis products between our cultivation site, dispensaries and our distribution hub. This role requires knowledge of the legal regulations regarding cannabis transport, an understanding of safety protocols and the ability to maintain a strict inventory of the products being transported. Our drivers play a key role in ensuring that cannabis products arrive at their destination in good condition, on time and in full compliance with state and local laws.

The ideal Driver should be at least 21 years old and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They must be highly motivated, dependable, and capable of working as part of a team. They will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle, ensuring timely deliveries and providing excellent customer service where applicable. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless and legal distribution of cannabis products, contributing to the overall efficiency of the cannabis supply chain!

Responsibilities:

• Safely and securely drive cannabis products to and from licensed facilities (dispensaries, cultivation sites, etc.)
• Ensure products are transported in compliance with all state and local regulations
• Verify inventory and ensure that cannabis products being transported are accurately documented
• Maintain secure transport protocols to prevent theft, loss or damage during transit
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is signed and completed
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and punctuality
• Think on your feet to address challenges such as delays, traffic or issues with inventory

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable with long hours and extended driving times
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with assistance
• Must be 21 years of age with the ability to pass State required background qualifications

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
