The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercialization process of new products from concept to market launch. You hold a bachelor’s degree in bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry or 10 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product development, and project management. The right candidate will experience in chemical manufacturing, including hands-on work. The ideal candidate will have experience with with pilot plant and/or chemical process scale-ups, liquid milling processes, chemical analytical techniques, especially HPLC and particle sizing, and new product introduction and/or scale up processes

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $98,500 per year in our lowest geographic market to $136,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What will you be doing?
- Understand processes, materials, and lab analyses defined in NPIs/TTMs
- Collaborate with the Formulation Development team during the development process to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Work with manufacturing, quality, safety, procurement, and toll management to ensure they understand and are capable of new processes, materials, and analyses for NPIs/TTMs
- Lead or participate in on-site pilot and/or initial full-scale manufacturing of new formulations. Remain involved until stabilized.
- Coordinate and perform pilot batch formulation with support of development chemists and plant operations
- Assist other functions (Portfolio, Development, Marketing, Supply Chain) through the TTM process
- Administer and improve the TTM workflow and maintain a TTM status dashboard
