Based in Morrisville, NC, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to manage supplemental distributor registrations and labels in the USA. This role involves preparing and maintaining product Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for the US and Canada, providing US support for international registrations, and supporting registration managers with Registration Review label updates.
Key responsibilities include offering regulatory advice and leadership to the formulator product business and sales managers, administering incident reporting committee meetings, and coordinating required submissions to the EPA and PMRA. Additionally, the role involves managing FIFRA compliance reporting.
What will you be doing?
You hold a college degree in life sciences or an agriculture-related field, who is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Veeva Vault and Loftware Smartflow is a plus. Ideally, the candidate should have three to ten years of experience in product registrations and compliance, with knowledge of EPA and FIFRA registration processes and requirements. Familiarity with PMRA registration processes would also be beneficial.

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $59,900 per year in our lowest geographic market to $93,400 per year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. Depending on the position, additional forms of compensation may be included as part of a comprehensive package, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.

What will you be doing?
- Manage customer sub-registrations, including formulator products. Work with business manager to coordinate new sub-registrations, conduct label reviews, and work with sub-registrants for amended labels.
- Manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Work with internal or external experts to coordinate SDS creation/development or updates. Knowledge of HazMat shipping information for DOT, IATA, IMDG and TDG. Communicate updated SDS’ and any critical regulatory classification to Operations.
- Provide international regulatory support for Certificates of Registration or Manufacture, including documentation legalization, authentication and consularization.
- Assist with Registration Review label updates. Facilitate system updates, including SDS’ on CDMS, Agrian, Nufarm website, as needed.
- FIFRA Compliance Reporting such as Hazard Incident Reporting and annual compliance reporting. EPA annual reporting and FPAS/ECS. Export support.
