About the Role
In this role, you'll take ownership of service delivery for 20 Nugget customers—conducting routine maintenance, fixing issues, and cultivating opportunities to grow accounts. And you'll contribute to internal process refinement and training, as needed.
Outcomes & Onboarding Schedule
This role exists to achieve the following core outcomes for our clients—at Nugget, we get to work quickly but also make sure you have the training and access you need to succeed.
- First Week: Meet the team, starting training, and work on at least 3 inbound client tickets (e.g., gathering information or guiding the client through initial resolution checklists).
- First 30 Days: Perform 1 onsite maintenance with a CSAT score of 8 .
- First 60 Days: Pass competency tests for core service processes on 1 service line.
- First 90 Days & Ongoing: Own 20 clients, achieving an average CSAT of 8 , 80% service contract renewals, and acceptable first-time fix rate.
- Ongoing: Support process refinement, by contributing process upgrades and defining new SOPs and checklists, as needed.

Pay: $70,566.00 - $85,000.00 per year
