The Role

The Advisory Services Project Coordinator is responsible for coordination and project management support including client kick-offs, resource scheduling, team assignments, as well as soliciting client feedback and ensuring successful outcomes. Internally, the project coordinator will work closely with team leaders in the service delivery groups to identify the appropriate team members to deliver high quality and fully staffed project execution.

What you'll do

  • Live by the NuHarbor corporate values: Help Clients Win, Always Improve, Protect the House.
  • Identify and document the execution and delivery of client NuHarbor advisory services.
  • Coordinate the project management support of client engagements and initiatives.
  • Coordinate the tracking of Advisory services, including outreach, scheduling, and reviews, as needed.
  • Create project work plans, including scope, schedule, contacts, and reviews of consistently high quality for use with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with, and support, sales and delivery personnel in the delivery of Statements of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLA), briefing documentation and deliverables for engagements across the Advisory portfolio.
  • Control document versioning and delivery, including project records, interim deliverables, outcome artifacts, and feedback.
  • Support and maintain NuHarbor project management processes and logistics associated with advisory service engagements, including training new advisory resources and updating processes and templates as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports across the advisory service line to inform metrics on utilization, billability, and workload balance.
  • Clearly and actively communicate issues and updates to all stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and NuHarbor management.
  • Alert service NuHarbor management on prospective risks or issues with recommendations for action or remediation.
  • In addition to these principal responsibilities, the Advisory coordinator may have project, service, and client specific responsibilities assigned to them.

Your foundation. The requirements for this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or an Information Technology field.
    • In lieu of a degree, two (2) years of experience in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience with project or task coordination across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to contribute positively and consistently in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Proven communications capabilities, both verbal and written to both internal stakeholder and client personas.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with cybersecurity, testing, audit, and assessment projects.
  • Prioritization and time management proactivity.
  • Knowledge of planning processes and procedures as they relate to project management activities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint including advanced Excel skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and appetite to learn in order to excel in a changing environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a citizen of the United States.

Additional capabilities that will differentiate you for this role:

  • Previous experience within a professional or technical consulting services organization.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity topics and controls, including security domains and controls.
  • Familiarity with tracking and communications tools and platforms
  • Experience utilizing any or all of NetSuite.
  • Referenceable success managing complex, large-scale, service delivery engagements
