The Role
The Offensive Operator III, WebApp simulates real-world cyber-attacks focused on identifying the web application risks and vulnerabilities of our clients by using attack tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to demonstrate the business impacts of vulnerabilities within a network or system.
You will act as the resident expert for the use and development of tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and will function as an escalation point for our Offensive Operators.
What you'll do

- Conducts offensive assessments and adversary emulation engagements
- Perform vulnerability assessments
- Applies offensive cybersecurity testing techniques, coordinate testing projects with internal and external system owners
- Proposes and delivers systematization of attack and research processes for team reuse
- Reports the nature of identified cyber security risks and recommend risk mitigation measures to improve the cyber security posture of the client's enterprise
- Collaborates with other Offensive Operators to develop and maintain TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.
- Cross-trains with team members to develop skills, tools, and execution of offensive services.
- Provides team lead with scoping and sizing of future engagements.
Your foundation. The requirements for this role:
- Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of experience.
- Typical Degrees: Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field(s).
- In lieu of a degree, two (2) years of experience in a related technology field and relevant industry certifications are required.
- Three (3) years' experience using a variety of penetration testing tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of secure application development practices and testing
- Proficiency and experience using scripting languages.
- Four (4) years' Application Development and Network / Systems Design.
- Four (4) year' experience writing technical reports and remediation guidance.
- Four (4) years' experience and knowledge of security terminology and best practices.
- Four (4) year' of experience using database, applications and implementation.
- Four (4) years' experience using TCP/IP protocols and networking concepts.
- Must be a citizen of the United States.

- Previous experience in a technical support or security-focused role.

- Proven experience mentoring technical professionals.
- Industry certifications: (OSWE, OSCP, CISSP, GPEN, GXPN, etc).
