The Role
The Information Assurance (IA) Analyst is responsible for supporting and collaborating with other IA analysts on various IA services and engagements. This position acts as a junior resource for Information Assurance services and client engagements. Responsible for performing work in collaboration with other IA Analysts.
What You'll Do

- Serve as an Information Assurance resource for ongoing client engagements and internal strategic projects.
- Assist with supporting clients and IA team members during IA engagements.
- Collaborate and support other team members on the delivery of project tasks and deliverables within agreed upon timeframes for client and internal projects.
- Collaborate and assist on portions of IA service types including but not limited to risk assessments, assessments against control frameworks, incident response plans and testing, security documentation development, plan of action, milestone development-coordination, -execution and third-party risk assessments.
- Perform work tasks related to the service engagement with oversight from the engagement lead.
- Help prepare client engagements such as preparing and disseminating templates and client communications.
- Perform research and analysis of industry trends and framework updates.
- Assist with client interviews and information gathering steps during client engagements.
- Record observations, meeting notes, and identifies recommendations during client engagements.
- Support the IA team on operational and internal departmental projects.
- Assist in the creation of technical and security documentation templates and processes.
