We are seeking a talented and passionate UI / UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing intuitive and user-centered digital experiences for both internal and external applications. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from user research and concept development to prototyping and implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate user research findings into actionable design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and successful project delivery.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process.
- Continuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
