In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities
- Confirm interest in scheduling an appointment for an estimate/measurement for the sales team and seek to set a specific time and date for this appointment.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and responses of prospective customers, as well as appointments set using Monday.com and Jotform.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from appointment setting to sales meetings.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
- Continuously improve your understanding of our products and services to communicate effectively with clients.
- This is an OUTDOOR SALES position.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in door-to-door sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. Candidates able to speak both English and Spanish are highly desired.
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques for effective lead generation.
- Familiarity with construction in exterior products such as roofing, siding and rain gutters is highly desired.
- Familiarity with home owner insurance claim process is desired.
