The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation tasks for various projects, including but not limited to installation of all types of siding, and other construction elements.
- Execute minimal frame carpentry and masonry work as needed.
- Utilize caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing and finishing of installations.
- Conduct construction estimating to determine material needs and project timelines.
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required by specific installation tasks.
- Restore existing structures or installations as necessary, ensuring quality repairs and enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Erect and utilize scaffolding and ladders. Candidate must be comfortable working with heights.
Experience
- Proven experience in installation or related fields such as maintenance person services or construction.
- Strong skills in siding installation. Experience with masonry is appreciated.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physically demanding tasks is necessary.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
