The Role
This hybrid role based in our Herndon, VA office requires attending the office a minimum of 3 days per week. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Salesforce, to support sales organisation members responsible for managing individual partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Development:
- Manage partner records in Salesforce, provision demo licenses, oversee regional MDF budgets, deal registration reviews, and partner incentives, marketing campaigns, and training materials.
- Align with regional sales teams on RACI models for partner recruitment and onboarding, tailored to market maturity.
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in Partnerships Management, preferably in a similar role or as Strategic Partner Manager or Channel Sales Manager.
- Experience rolling out partnership programs and developing individual partnerships.
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and using Partnership Joint Business Plans (JBP).
