COMPANY OVERVIEW
- Nukemed Technologies is a growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with additional locations currently in South Bend, IN, Bunker Hill, IN, Danbury, CT and a yet to be determined west coast site. We are seeking a Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing company. The Inventory Control Specialist will ensure that all inventory items are properly identified and readily accessible in accordance with Nukemed Technologies inventory cycle.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Maintains office supplies inventory. Counting existing, adding to NetSuite, assist with setting up Bin Locations.
· Data Entry for items, inventory, Assemblies, and Bill of Materials.
· Entering Purchase Requisitions for the Engineering and Manufacturing Shop.
· Completing inventory transactions in NetSuite (Picking parts as needed from Inventory) and adjusting levels as we complete work orders.
· Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems.
· Oversees stock item master, identifying incorrect descriptions and stock numbers.
· Locates items that may have incorrect locations or stock numbers to assist order processors.
· Communicates with Purchasing as needed regarding new items, changes of location, counts, etc.
· Ensures milestones and goals are met.
· Ensures adherence to approved budget.
· Performs and assists with general maintenance and cleanup of the facilities.
· Copies, files, and retrieves materials for inventory as needed.
· Helps maintain consumable and supply inventory for productions and lab work.
· Communicates with the ordering team to track shipments, monitor deliveries, and receive shipments following protocol.
· Relays changes of information to appropriate employees.
· Supports Day-to-day operations.
· Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
· Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
· Other related duties as assigned.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; Business degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

- Ability to be trained.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Pass a Background Check.
