Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional lawn care services. This role involves a variety of tasks related to lawn maintenance, landscape care. The Lawn Care Specialist will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained.
Duties
- Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, irrigation, and fertilization.
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as tree trimming, digging, and hardscape installation.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
- Provide tree care services to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after each job.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
