What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor/CADC position at Nulease Medical Solutions?
We are actively seeking a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor
Monday through Thursday 7:45 am-6:00 pm Off on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
The job duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive, assessment driven treatment plan dictated by medical necessity, best practice and appropriate ASAM level of care recommendations.
- Document all services, contacts and referrals provided in the patient record.
- Complete all required documentation (screenings, psychosocial assessment, treatment e-plan, etc.) in accordance with all applicable regulations and NuLease policies.
- Provide risk assessment with recommendations and safety planning to reduce risks to clients and others.
- Counseling substance abuse population in an MAT setting
- Intake assessments
- Court-ordered assessments
- Facilitate groups
- Client education
- Case Management
- Crisis intervention
- Consultations
- Referrals
- Discharge planning
- Reports and record keeping
Requirements:
- Must hold at least 1 of the following licenses/certifications: CADC, CADC-A, CSW, LBA, LCADC, LCADCA, LCSW, LMFT, LPAT, LPATA, LPCC, LPCA, LPP, or MFTA.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.15 - $20.84 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
