Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly skilled Clinical Director / BCBA to join our team. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, leading a team of behavior analysts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. In this role, you will work directly with clients and families to implement evidence-based behavior interventions while also managing the clinical staff, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior analysts and support staff in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to clients.
  • Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and other relevant evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results, ensuring they are tailored to meet each client’s needs.
  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to BCaBAs, RBTs, and other team members to ensure clinical quality and adherence to ethical practices.
  • Review and analyze data regularly to monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Ensure the delivery of services is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and promote generalization of skills across environments.
  • Conduct ongoing training and professional development for staff to ensure they remain knowledgeable and competent in ABA practices.
  • Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in ABA to continually improve clinical practices.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client records, progress reports, and documentation in a timely and organized manner.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders, including family members, schools, and healthcare providers, to provide updates and address any concerns or recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Active state licensure (if applicable).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA therapy, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and best practices.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on staff development, mentoring, and fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a clinical or home-based setting.
  • Familiarity with supervision and mentorship of BCaBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
  • Knowledge of other relevant therapeutic modalities or interventions in addition to ABA.
  • Proficiency in using ABA-related software or data collection tools.

Pay: $80,569.00 - $95,973.00 per year
