```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with order entry and inventory management using QuickBooks
- Transcribe and type documents as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in QuickBooks, order entry, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer support skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and document management
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and direct calls efficiently
