We are seeking a Director of New Product Development in our Denver production facility to drive the new product life cycle from concept to release.

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
· 10 years of experience in the lighting industry with emphasis in engineering or marketing
· Demonstrates leadership in driving innovation and product strategy
· Expertise in cross functional team management and market analysis
· Experience in successful product launches and revenue growth
