About the Role
Our Customer Care Specialist provides the highest level of customer service, upholds the company’s reputation with integrity and compassion, and facilitates the continuous improvement of our customer’s experience and level of expertise in the area of animal health.
What you’ll do:
- Answer customer phone calls, emails, and live chats compassionately and respectfully, regarding various product and animal health questions.
- Demonstrate superior listening skills and exhibits patience, empathy, and concern for our customers.
- Record customer inquiries and responses with detail and accuracy by documenting them in our customer database.
- Continuously look for ways to improve our customers experience, building rapport with customers, and delivering a high level of expertise in pet health as a resource for pet parents.
- Excel on required daily duties but should also show the initiative to take on more tasks in order to grow within the company.
What we are looking for:
- 1 years of experience working in the animal health, retail, or other customer-facing fields.
- Passion for animals and their pet parents and providing them with the highest level of customer service.
- Well-rounded knowledge of Nulo’s products, basic animal health care, and animal nutrition;
- Basic computer skills (including Mac and Windows; typing, data entry, etc.) and familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs including (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook) are required;
- Outstanding time management, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in English with the ability to relate to all people regardless of cultural, economic, or educational backgrounds.
- Highly motivated, persistent individual with excellent organizational skills and a positive interpersonal disposition.
- Willingness to roll-up-your sleeves understanding when it is necessary to dig-in to deliver for customers and the organization.
- Creative thinker and innovative in leveraging technology and other tools to create a meaningful and efficient customer experience.
- An unquestionable attention to detail.
- Priding yourself on having a sense of urgency and being responsive in a fast-paced environment.
